Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged item
- Non-functioning
- Wrong item
If your situation fits any of the above, youโre eligible to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
๐ Return Form Included
To make the return process easier for you, we include a Return Form inside your package. If you need to return an item, simply fill out this form and send it back along with the item.
Please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The filled Return Form is included in the return parcel.
๐ธ Reporting Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days through your original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.
Please note: The Rs. 250 shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product).
