โœ… Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged item
  • Non-functioning
  • Wrong item

If your situation fits any of the above, youโ€™re eligible to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

๐Ÿ“ Return Form Included
To make the return process easier for you, we include a Return Form inside your package. If you need to return an item, simply fill out this form and send it back along with the item.

Please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The filled Return Form is included in the return parcel.

๐Ÿ“ธ Reporting Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days through your original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.

Please note: The Rs. 250 shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or tampered products
  • Items returned without original packaging or return form
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
